Jones King Partnership has been extensively involved in the delivery of projects using Building Information Modelling (BIM) for almost five years

We have the experience and capabilities to carry detailed collaborative design to Level 2 maturity in accordance with PAS 1192-2:2013 and RIBA Plan of Work 2013

We have successfully completed many projects in accordance with our clients BIM Execution Plans throughout the following sectors: education, healthcare and commercial development

The majority of our projects are developed using Autodesk Building Design Suite (Revit) with clash detection carried out using Autodesk Navisworks

Jones King Partnership has been refurbishing NHS specialist hospitals and residential units for over 30 years and have the qualified skillset and highly experienced design engineers to incorporate larger and more complex care facilities and care villages

In recent years there has been a surge in demand for high quality care homes and accommodation

Jones King Partnership has worked recently with the British Legion, Sisters of Nazareth and many specialist developers. We are currently working on two £15M+ cost care villages
