Nazareth House, Plymouth Care Home and Close Care Apartments – Plymouth

The initial project was for the complete refurbishment of the existing nursing care home to provide modern facilities with 44 en-suite bedrooms along with associated facilities such as lounges and dining rooms

The refurbished facilities included the latest staff, patient call and IT Systems

• following on from the care home project a close care apartment block was constructed adjacent to home to provide 45 one two bedroom assisted living apartments
• the residential block provided full on site facilities for residents such as a restaurant, bar, library and activity areas
• all properties and communal areas benefit from a state of the art warden call system with telecare capability
